I was booked the hotel Rivera palace first time my experience was very good 👍👍 All staff was very helpful food was very tasty and fresh.Hotel provide me cab for local sightseeing and evening boating and everything good.Hotel plus point that hotel near the ganga ghat only 100 metres from the hotel.If you searching best hotel in Varanasi the you should to book hotel Rivera palace and enjoy your journal.Room was very good and washroom was also clean.Hot water, tea cattle, toiletries, power backup, elevator.

Finding a hotel in Varanasi which has lift specially if you are travelling with Senior citizen or someone with disabilities is very difficult. This hotel has lift. They also have fire safety measures. Please don't worry at all if you have never been to Varanasi before. They will help you in everything possible. They will also arrange auto or tuk tuk at 1am for Mangal aarti. Hot water is switched on upon request anytime. Very safe place to stay and specially if you stay in hotels that are on main road, you cannot sleep due to honking this city has. This hotel is 700 meters away from main road and peaceful. They also arrange pick from railway station or airport at additional cost.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous. Food was served hot, though we reached hotel late in the evening, after 09:30 pm.

The staff were very helpful. They coordinated our tour by taxi and airport drop-off and all went very well. Also I forgot my kindle and they called us and the taxi went back to get it! The room was well located close to to the river but on a quiet street.

Staff in primis, very friendly. They did help us in everything, from exchange money to arrange transport to the Airport. The hotel is very close to assi ghat. Breakfast was good, room big and clean.

Decent hospitality. All employees were courteous (except one - who was at the reception at night). Location is a plus. Food is fine.

The ambience and food, though the hotel property is a bit inside from main road in narrow gullies.... But the ambience inside is great and buffet breakfast was also good ...
